We host several types of events throughout the year, including our First Friday Social Mixer of every month at different locations across Mobile County.
First Friday Social Mixer - November 2024
Join us for our next First Friday Social Mixer! On November 1st at 5:30 p.m., we will meet at The Merry Widow. Socialize and mingle with Democrats and like-minded folks and make new friends. Beverages will be available for purchase, but you can bring your own food.
Our guest speaker will be none other than Shomari Figures, Democratic Candidate for the US House of Representatives for Alabama District 2.

First Friday Social Mixer - July 2024
Join us for our monthly Blue Wave Mobile First Friday Social in the private back room at Lucky Irish Pub and Grill on Airport Boulevard, just west of Interstate 65 in Mobile. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Pick up some yard signs, have fun with some like-minded folks, and learn how you can help to get out the vote in Mobile County. Merceria Ludgood, the incumbent District One Mobile County Commissioner, will be our speaker.
Virtual Watch Party - June 2024
You are invited to join our Virtual Watch Party for the first 2024 Presidential Debate with like-minded folks via Zoom. The Debate between Joe Biden and Donald Trump will be held this coming Thursday evening, June 27 at 8:00 Central Time. You can watch it for free on www.cnn.com or if you have cable, you can watch it on CNN. You can also stream via Max.
On our Zoom call, you will have the option of turning down the volume of the Zoom call and using the chat feature if it gets too loud to hear the debate.
